The Sol is a great understable mid-range. This disc is one of the best mid-range discs for beginners that will fly straight and far with little effort. For more experienced players who can throw this a little further is makes for a great turnover mid-range or a great disc for touch approaches that are a little too far for a comfortable approach with a putter.
